Return & Compensation Policy
1. As an experienced online order company, we promise you that we will provide proper packages to all items and parcels according to the shipping methods request. Yet it still happens occasionally that some of the items are damaged during the delivery. Please make clear, detailed photos of the broken items as kind of valid proof.
2. Proceeding notes:
1) Please inform us the situation as soon as possible, better within three working days from the time you receive the items.
2) Offer the relevant information, such as the order no., the item no. of the broken one and the quantity of the broken item.
3) Offer the photos of the broken items via emails
The above terms are only suitable for stock items of our company. For custom orders we may adopt another policy. |
